My journey began at the University of Kentucky, where I graduated with a degree in Architecture, followed by a Master's in Integrated Design and Construction at Auburn University.
For over 12 years and across 10 cities around the U.S., I worked in commercial construction, specializing in design/build contracting. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into the design and building processes, budgeting, deal structures, and the overall real estate market.
