Dil began his commercial real estate career in Toronto, ON in 2013 at Colliers International where he focused on Office Leasing. Before entering Commercial Real Estate, he was recruited by one of Toronto’s major sports organizations. His professional experience includes Sales in Sports and Entertainment along with Senior Management level positions within the Natural Foods Industry.
In 2017, Dil decided to relocate back to his hometown of Winnipeg after spending a decade in Ontario. Dil was able to parlay his commercial real estate industry experience into a Management position with Artis Real Estate Investment Trust in Winnipeg where he was responsible for over 1.5M Sq. Ft. of Office Space. In the Summer of 2018, he was recruited by a QuadReal a large fund headquartered in British Columbia into a senior role that had him responsible for over 2M Sq. Ft. of Industrial real estate across Winnipeg.
In 2020, Dil went back to his brokerage roots and joined Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. as a Senior Advisor, Sales and Leasing. He was able to use his large market and institutional landlord experience for the benefit of his clients.
Dil specializes in the Winnipeg office market while also being active in select industrial and investment assignments. Dil has been involved in leasing and selling over 2.5M Sq. Ft. of commercial real estate over his career. Dil brings with him a well-earned reputation and attributes his success to his client-focused approach with past clients that include Royal Bank, Federal Express, Sobeys, Unilever, MARS Canada, Ontario Provincial Government, Edward Jones, Konica Minolta, Prodigy Education and Fujitsu. He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and Red River College’s International Business Advanced Diploma program.
