A resident of Kew Gardens, Gigi has extensive knowledge of Queens in general, its demographics, cultures and real estate markets. In 2006, She joined a high-end brokerage firm in Manhattan who proposed her to a brand new exciting project in Forest Hills, Novo 64, a 110 full-service luxury Condo. Appointed sales director, Gigi successfully overcame the hazard of an uncertain economic tenure, and she was able to implement creative solutions, and calculated approaches to a changing market to make Novo 64 the fastest selling condo in Queens and a real success story. Gigi became one of the top selling agents in Forest Hills area. Recently, Gigi went back to managing offices again, she inow holds the position of sales manager at RE/Max team in Jackson heights and RE/MAX City Square in Forest Hills, rapidly growing both offices and offering her skills and experience to everyone at the firm.
