Deepika Reddy is extremely passionate about all things real estate and is currently mainly focused on land. She was born in India and immigrated to the United States in her early twenties when she received admission to go to college and pursue higher education. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and she is now a proud American Citizen and lives with her family in Collin County which includes her husband and two kids. She has a strong background in raw land and land development as she comes from a long line of family of land developers/builders. Growing up her family dinner table conversations revolved around land and the freedom that comes with owning it. This value system of hers resonated well with the American/Texas dream of owning a home/land and possibly achieving a self-sustainable lifestyle through farming, renewable energy etc....
She personally has 15-plus years of experience in land: both in India and the United States. She has been a resident of Collin County for over 13 years and has extensive knowledge of North Texas land. She brings her expertise in raw land for buying or selling and land development to help her clients choose land either for buy and hold appreciation or for forced appreciation by developing land obtaining entitlements and construction. She is an expert in raw land, farm and ranch properties, lake land/ranch properties, and land development both for personal use and as investments. On a personal front, Deepika loves spending time exploring trails, travelling, and spending time with her family. She volunteers at her kid’s PTA and loves to work with local non-profit organizations like Donate 2 Impact.
