For the past fifteen years I have been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry. I have been and am currently active as a residential property manager for one of the most sought after and well respected apartment complexes in downtown Madison. I have helped to personally oversee the development of the Aberdeen Apartments into a building that consistently sets the standards for customer care and value in the Madison, WI market. I have also been slowly growing my own portfolio of investment properties on Madison's near east side. For over a decade I have been closely monitoring the housing market in Dane county.
