Hi, I’m Intisar Abdelkarim. As the eldest of five siblings, responsibility and leadership have always been part of who I am. I immigrated from Egypt and Sudan and came to Canada as a refugee, which shaped my resilience and drive. Arabic is my first language, and I’m proud of my roots and the journey that brought me here.
I studied Social Work at Douglas College and played college basketball—two experiences that strengthened my ability to connect with people, work under pressure, and stay committed to my goals. After a few years in the social services field, I felt a strong pull toward entrepreneurship and sales, which naturally led me to real estate.
Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I was involved early on in business and negotiation. For over eight years, I helped my parents manage and negotiate deals for their commercial properties, giving me hands-on experience long before I officially became a licensed Realtor. While I have a deep understanding of commercial real estate, I also have a passion for residential—especially after witnessing the joy and pride my parents felt when buying their first home in Canada. I know firsthand how meaningful that moment is, and I’m here to help others experience it with confidence and clarity.
My approach is client-focused, detail-oriented, and honest. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a growing family, or an investor, I’ll be by your side to make the process smooth, informed, and enjoyable. I look forward to helping you make the right move.
