Margeaux McCarthy is a commercial real estate advisor with RE/MAX Harbor Realty specializing in investment sales, development land, retail, and industrial properties across Charlotte County and Southwest Florida. A Charlotte County native and Charlotte High School graduate, Margeaux brings a deep understanding of the local market along with a strong background in marketing, analytics, and strategic property positioning.

Working alongside her husband and business partner, Hunter McCarthy, Margeaux represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, Arcadia, and North Fort Myers. Their work spans a wide range of property types including downtown mixed-use buildings, retail centers, flex and industrial spaces, and development sites positioned along the region’s key growth corridors.
