SPECIALIZING IN LAND ACQUISITIONS, NEW CONSTRUCTION, AND REHAB OPPORTUNITIES. Licensed in Illinois and Florida, Karyn Meyers spent over 15 years working as Vice President of Sales and Marketing on-site for several real estate developers for new construction, Class A condominium properties and mixed-use properties in Cook County, Illinois and was responsible for completing sales of buildings averaging 100-350 units. During this time, she attended weekly construction meetings, participated in construction, budgeting, unit mix, layouts and overall building these structures. Karyn was instrumental in designing sales centers and models. Karyn’s strong suit are development, sales, and marketing. Before the pandemic affected the reorganization of the Museum of Broadcast Communications, Karyn spent over a year as their Director of Development, Fundraising and Sales to assist the Museum in increasing their audience and visitor participation, increasing revenue for the Museum. Karyn has been a Board Member for over 6 years for the Hippocratic Cancer Research Foundation of Lurie Hospital raising funds to eliminate Cancer from our World. Karyn has spent over 25 years organizing wine tastings and wine and food pairings for different charitable organizations and religious groups with her side company Wine Journeys.
