As a seasoned real estate professional and former Chief Operating Officer for one of Houston’s largest RE/MAX brokerages, Lane has successfully managed multiple offices, directed complex real estate operations, and guided hundreds of agents toward peak performance and profitability.
Before her transition into real estate sales and investment, Lane served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Anglia Homes, where she oversaw more than 30 communities, led a team of 30+ sales professionals, and drove over $148 million in annual revenue. Her extensive builder background includes everything from new community startups and product development to pricing strategies, design selections, and model home planning — giving her a deep understanding of what truly drives value in a property.
At Douglas Elliman, Lane launched the Builder Services Division for Texas and partnered with developers across the state to bring new communities from raw land to completion. Her ability to blend market insight, design sensibility, and financial acumen makes her a trusted advisor to builders, investors, and business owners alike.
