Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Livingston, NJ, David moved to Cape May County in 1991. He’s worked in almost every sector of the Real Estate industry. Starting out in Construction, David soon owned his own Commercial Roofing Co. Today he continues to manage his own and others’ Investment Properties and still occasionally “takes on” property flip projects.
As a licensed Real Estate Agent David has worked with small local offices, other national brand offices such as Coldwell Banker Otten in Stone Harbor NJ, a higher-end boutique office Oceanside Realty in Wildwood Crest, and finally settling with RE/MAX SURFSIDE in Cape May.
David is a passionate lifelong learner. He strongly believes in continuing education, which includes attending as many seminars and web classes as possible. He became the first certified Eco-Broker in New Jersey and is currently pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A designation held by only .4% of all real estate professionals in the US. David lives in the Cape May area with his wife Christine.
