Tracey began his real estate career in 2000, and now with over 26 years of expertise serving not only Monroe County and the 5 adjacent counties, but throughout Pennsylvania as well.
Since becoming a licensed real estate professional, Tracey has represented several hundred transactions, generating total sales of over one half of a billion dollars plus, in value for his clients. Specializing in Commercial, Industrial, and Investment real estate, Tracey is also well versed in residential representation, having transacted several hundred homes for both buyers and sellers over his career.

Born and raised in New Jersey prior to moving to the Poconos in 1992, Tracey began his path in the science field for Litton Systems, a government contracted defense provider. Then on to owner/operator of one of the largest retail beverage distributors in northeast Pennsylvania. After which his passion for real estate took hold and he has remained a full time Real Estate Agent since.
