I’m Dr. Nora Martin, a real estate professional dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate transactions with confidence and clarity. With a strong background in residential mortgage lending, I bring added insight into how financing impacts buyer readiness, offer strength, and deal structure—allowing clients to make informed decisions and avoid common delays. When not busy working, I enjoy spending time with my two rescue havapoos, taking photography of the abundant wild life this are has to offer. I have lived in ND, MA, CT, RI, SC, GA, AL, GA, FL and have visited almost every of the continental US!
