Biography

My name is Suresh, a residential, commercial, and investment real estate agent with REMAX Lifestyles. I bring a strong foundation in management, purchasing, and ethical business practices to my clients. These principles are the cornerstones of my real estate career.

I have a Master's Degree in Commerce from M.S. University, Baroda, with a specialisation in Management. I have real-world experience in leading global manufacturing industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Telecommunications, and Retail, both in India and internationally. Managing money, materials, and workforce, with a primary objective of achieving the organisation's goals and ensuring legal compliance, is key to the success of every business. Time management is essential to the business, and I am highly efficient, so I can complete my work while optimising time and costs for my clients.

As an entrepreneur, I manage my investments in land, buildings, and stocks. I’ve learned that investment in these fields are highly safe & secure and provides diversity, has strong potential for long-term appreciation, and offers the enjoyment of using the property as well.

Now living in Valparaiso, I was attracted here from India by my family. My daughter Spardha is a practicing physical therapist and owner of a small business for nearly two decades in Valpo. My passion is to share my time, knowledge, and experience as a REALTOR to benefit society and the community. I pride myself on excellent education and communication in all aspects, and I look forward to meeting new clients.
