Stew Daniels is a tech-savvy real estate professional and CEO of Ace Horus Capital LLC. With over a decade of results-driven experience, he offers strategic guidance in residential sales, buyer and seller representation, dual agency, and value-driven renovations. Stew began his career during the 2008 housing crisis, sharpening his ability to navigate challenging markets and deliver profitable outcomes.

He specializes in property management, helping busy professionals build wealth through well-managed rental assets. His portfolio includes REO property disposition, raw land development, and new construction consulting—guiding clients through land acquisition, zoning, and permitting.

As a Fannie Mae REO Broker, Stew leads a full-service team managing property preservation, marketing, and corporate asset disposition across New Jersey. His broad reach is powered by membership in multiple MLS networks, allowing him to list and sell properties in every region of the state.

A member of his local Zoning Board of Adjustment, Stew also advises clients on land use and municipal approvals—bringing added value to developers and investors.
