As a kid, I grew up in a real estate household. I was always putting signs in yards, riding to appointments with my dad, and spending summers helping around the office.
In our family, real estate wasn’t just a career — it was a lifestyle.
I later served eight years in the Oklahoma Air National Guard as a photojournalist and was honored as Airman of the Year at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base following my 2016 deployment. During that time, I also began photographing homes and developing a passion for marketing properties the right way.
After the military, I pursued opportunities in the music industry in Nashville, Tennessee, working in artist development, management, and production. In 2021, I produced a song that reached Spotify’s U.S. Viral Top 50, which led to major label negotiations in Nashville, LA, and NYC.
Today, I’m back home in Norman, working alongside my dad, Brian Woodward, and combining generational real estate experience with modern marketing and strong negotiation skills. Throughout every chapter — military, music, and now real estate — I’ve learned the value of competition, clear communication, and showing up when it matters most.
There’s a Will Rogers quote I’ve always loved:
“Live your life so that whenever you lose, you are ahead.”
That mindset has shaped how I serve — work hard, do right by people, and build something that lasts.
I’d be honored to help you navigate your next move.
