Kris Tan is the Director of Compliance at REMAX Dream Homes Property Management and Guardian Limited Group of Companies, who provides rules and regulations compliance solutions for residential, multifamily, and commercial owners, landlords, resident tenants, and principals across Northern California.
Kris holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from Trident University International. He earned a Strategic Management Certificate from Harvard University and a Data Analytics Certificate from Wharton. In 2023, he completed first-year law coursework in Contract Law, Tort Law, Legal Writing, and Professional Responsibility at Lincoln Law School in Sacramento.
At RE/MAX Gold, Kris consistently ranked in the top 5% of all brokers, selling over $37,000,000 in real estate and earning 8 professional awards. He holds a California Broker License (#02248795) and an NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License (#2518462) affiliated with NEXA Mortgage.
Kris previously served on a Sacramento County government commission and three public policy subcommittees for six years, earning three city acknowledgments. He currently serves as an Emergency Management Director for a community safety program in Placer County.
He is a member of SAR, NAR, CAR, NARPM, and MetroList Services. Kris and his wife Victoria are the parents of four children.
