Well hello there! Let me introduce myself! My name is Kaitlyn Seabolt, and I am a native of Blairsville, Georgia where I was not only born and raised, but also where I have made my first career of being an elementaru school physical education teacher. Rooted in the North Georgia mountains, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the land, the people, and the lifestyle that make this area so special and has shaped me into the person that I am today! Whether it’s an early morning in the woods or a quiet afternoon on a creek bank trying to catch a trout, I’ve spent years enjoying everything our hometown has to offer—from hunting to trout fishing to hiking to the local festivals and everything in between.

As a full-time educator and coach, building strong, genuine relationships has always been at the core of what I do. I bring that same approach into real estate. I take the time to understand your goals, communicate clearly, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way. For me, it’s not about transactions, but it’s about people.

I’m proud to serve the community that helped shape me, and I’m passionate about helping others find their place here, whether that’s a primary home, a vacation home, a piece of land, or your own slice of the mountains.

When I’m not in the classroom or working with clients, you can probably find me cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturdays or catching a game with the Atlanta Braves.
