Before real estate, Lila spent more than 20 years working with complex clients across the healthcare, technology, and nonprofit sectors, including Ability Connection Colorado (formerly Cerebral Palsy of Colorado), Children’s Hospital, HCA, Teletech, Starz Entertainment, Church in the City, Chipotle, and several Colorado school districts such as Douglas County, Cherry Creek, and Littleton Public Schools. Throughout her corporate career in new business acquisition, she developed a strong foundation in listening, problem-solving, and guiding people through important life decisions.
Her background in technology consulting taught her how to simplify complex processes and deliver tailored solutions—skills that now translate seamlessly into real estate. She is passionate about helping others and takes pride in supporting individuals and families as they reach their goals, not only in finding the right home but in building the next chapter of their lives.
