Before real estate, Regan spent 35 years as a technology executive, including 33 years with AT&T and senior leadership roles in private equity backed organizations. She led complex negotiations, enterprise transformations, and high stakes decisions. That same discipline, calm under pressure, and commitment to people now defines how she serves her clients.

Regan is married to her amazing husband and best friend, Steve, and is the mother of two grown sons she considers her greatest achievement. Scott made her a devoted grandmother to Ellie and Caroline, and Brett proudly serves in the U.S. Navy. She is also a devoted cat mom to Penelope and Annie Rose.
When not serving clients, Regan can often be found on Lake Texoma with family and friends, enjoying the lifestyle that makes North Texas feel like home.
