Biography

My dedicated approach is to keep my clients informed, comfortable, and confident during the home buying and selling process. I enjoy helping clients through all the details of their sales transactions. I will explain contracts, provide strategic negotiations, ensure deadlines are met, and reduce client liability. With a Master’s of Law degree in Conflict and Dispute Resolution, I specialize in communication and problem-solving which enables me to help clients through the stressful situations inherent in real estate transactions. If you are just moving into our community, I specialize in relocations and will help you with all your transition needs. My dedicated approach is to provide personalized attention, quick response time, and open and frequent communication. I give both buying and selling clients the patient attentiveness they deserve. My goal is to have life-long clients and I conduct my business accordingly.

I enjoy giving back to my community by serving as a Director on several Boards. I was President/Board Chair of Common Ground Mediation which provides conflict resolution services to our Coos County Small Claims Court. I also served on the Coos County Board of Realtors for five years, two years as a Director and three years as Vice President. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Washed Ashore which is aligned with my passions for environmental stewardship and animal welfare.

My personal hobbies are canine sporting, kayaking, hiking, and rock hounding on our beautiful beaches. I'm happy to share all my local favorite nature spots with those new to the community! I encourage you to contact me so we can work together as a team to meet your real estate needs.
