A respected 20-year real estate veteran, Cory Bettesworth possesses a wealth of experience that spans the sales, new home construction, and title industries. She has held executive-level positions with leading national brokerage brands, including as Vice President of Operations and Managing Principal Broker at Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty, and served for more than a decade as Regional Sales Manager with Hayden Homes, the largest private homebuilder in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to an extensive knowledge of contracts, multi-office management, and office expansion and acquisition, Cory has a rare insider’s understanding of new home sales, construction, and community development.
Cory is well respected among her peers for her deep expertise, unwavering professionalism, her commitment to serving and protecting her brokers, and her dedication to staying informed of current market conditions and industry trends. Her exceptional problem solving skills and her tenacity in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges make her an extraordinary asset to any team. In 2019, she was among the first group of graduates of the Oregon Association of Realtors’ (OAR) Principal Broker Academy in Salem.
As Managing Principal Broker at REMAX Key Properties, Cory is responsible for contract review, office operations, broker recruitment, procedural compliance, and employee management. She looks forward to coming into the office each day to serve professionals and industry veterans, many of whom she has known and worked with for decades.
Born and raised in Central Oregon, Cory has deep ties within the community. When she’s not in the office, you can find her out on the lakes, trails, and slopes with her husband Chad, her two children Nate and Megan, and her black lab Ellie.
